General cargo transportation refers to general goods that do not require special vehicles and special transportation qualifications.

General cargo transportation should choose different transportation methods according to actual needs, including vehicle transportation, less-than-carload cargo transportation and container transportation in form.

Cargo transportation:

Vehicle transportation is suitable for "door-to-door" transportation of general cargo with large batches and various varieties. Its production method is simple and flexible, with low investment and quick results. It is a relatively common way of direct automobile transportation for road freight in China. Since gondola vehicles are generally used for vehicle transportation, they have a wide range of applications.

Acceptance method:

① Sign a transportation contract and strive for the owner's unit to be included in the contract transportation, and handle the transportation according to the transportation contract of both parties.

②On-site acceptance. The cargo organization business personnel come to the owner's unit to handle the cargo consignment acceptance.

③On-site acceptance. Set up a temporary consignment acceptance office in the cargo distribution center to handle the acceptance business on the spot.

④Spot acceptance. Set up acceptance in business districts, large factories and mines, cargo distribution centers (stations, docks, ports), and large construction sites.

⑤Telephone and letter acceptance. The carrier uses telephone, fax, and letter to consign the goods to local or foreign shippers, and fill in the waybill on its behalf.
