BZC400 Detailed Product Description

BZC400 drilling rig is a truck mounted rotary drilling rig with directional circulation, and The truck chassis adopts the 8X4 special crane chassis 

BZC400 drilling rig is equipped with BW850/2  mud pump which adopts the slurry as the washing fluid and can drill on clay, sand and rock if it is equipped with suitable drilling bit.

According to the geological conditions, BZC400 truck mounted drilling rig can be equipped with air compressor to achieve pneumatic down-the -hole hammer drilling. If equipped with air water separator, dual-wall drill pipe and other related devices, the drilling equipment is also able to realize reverse circulation drilling. If equipped with drill tools like hydraulic DTH drilling. 

The power of drilling rig comes from the truck engine; the rig has distribute implement and hydraulic system.so that the rig can work with diesel engine or electric engine.

We set up a generator (MF) which is convenient to illuminate or work at night.

There are pressure device on the rig so it is high efficiency when the rig drill on mud rock and on the weathering formation.

The main drive of rig is mechanical and the four landing legs and drilling tower are hydraulic controlled. Transfer case and mud pump clutch system are air operated.
