KZ type automatic strapping machine is a device for vertical packaging of packing boxes with one or more strapping straps. The strapping of the packing boxes is realized by overlapping and heat sealing the strapping straps.
The equipment is installed in the middle of the conveyor line. When the strapping machine receives the signal from the packing box to reach the predetermined position, the packing head will bring the external strapping tape down to the top of the packing box to compress to the set pressure (maximum pressure 2000kg), and the strapping The guide passes through the bottom of the packing box, and is pulled by the packing head motor throughout the entire circumference of overlap, heat sealing, cutting, and the packing head rises. The turntable rotates 90 degrees and repeats the above actions to complete the entire cycle.
