Concrete manhole cover

Concrete inspection wells are one of the types of inspection wells, which are manufactured from materials such as concrete, mortar, brick, and gravel in accordance with corresponding regulations.

application:

Concrete manhole covers are mainly used for municipal construction, mainly road sewer pipe manhole covers, communities, parks, etc. Concrete manhole covers are suitable for many places, widely used, low cost, easy to replace, and not easy to lose. Concrete manhole covers are a powerful assistant in urban construction.

Construction requirements:

1. Basic practice: the bottom of the well should be tamped, with a density of more than 95%, and a 10 cm gravel or c15 cushion should be laid.

2. Wellbore connection method: adopts tongue-and-groove type, 1:2 waterproof mortar slurry.

3. The connection between the inspection well and the pipeline: different pipe materials shall be treated separately, and the cement pipe shall be burred. Treat with 1:2 expansion mortar. Other pipes are processed in accordance with pipe requirements.
