The charger can be used for: electric sightseeing cars, electric stacker, electric cart, golf cart, electric forklift, electric bicycles, electric trailer and other equipment. The charger only can be used for lead-acid battery. Users select the charger when the battery capacity should be based on rational choice and the battery charger voltage models.
Charging characteristics
◆Working principle This charger adopts Iu-Ia charging curves with programmable intelligent control and high efficiency for charging. So the battery can reach an excellent state and prolong the battery life. ◆Features ◇Working time (8-11 hours): Charging time depends on the charging current, the rated capacity, and discharging level. ◇ Low voltage protection: When battery voltage falls below the setted minimum, the charger refused to charge. ◇Overvoltage,overcurrent protection: When battery voltage, current is abnormal, the charger refused to charge. ◇Overheat protection: The overheating of the charger can lead the charger not to work. ◇Equalization Charging:The charger run to Equalization Charging automatically after 15 cycle charging .
◆Charge Procedure
Step1 Charge with the maximum current , and go to next stage until reach the setted voltage value. Step2 Charge with method of constant voltage. The current value will decreases, when the current is reduced to the setted current value . Step 3 Charge with method of constant current until reach the next stage Step 4 Charge with method of constant voltage. The current value will decreases, when the current is reduced to the setted current value . Step 5 Charge with method of constant current until reach the end.
