Lubao Melon is a new generation of hybrid melon species. The stems and branches are ribbed. The tendrils are slender, single, and puberulent. The petiole has long grooves and short bristles; the leaf blades are thick and papery, with rough tops and white bristles. The flowers are unisexual and monoecious. Male flowers: several clusters in leaf axils; slender peduncle; yellow corolla; female flowers: solitary, rough pedicel, pilose; ovary long oval. The color of the fruit is green, similar to a round apple shape, with smooth skin, green flesh, thick flesh and sweet taste; the surface of the seeds is smooth. Flower and fruit period in summer. This melon fruit leads a new direction for the development of thin-skinned melon varieties, and has changed the pattern of thin-skinned melon cultivation. Enriched the fruit and melon market, making the single variety into diversification.
