About ability
We have one mdf wood moulding production line. It can produce 50 cubic meters per week. And more important is that we build a kiln after the jesso and prime line. It can totally dry the jesso and prime to prevent the water dipping into the mdf. After this treatment the moulding can keep good state in the moist and hot environment.

what i can do

after we carved the mdf board to mdf mouldings , now we know it is dry, the next we will gseeo or painting them. how to remove the water in the gesso or paintng? commonly we do it like this
is it realy can take away all the water? of cause not. when your moulding pass through the equator you will find the gesso and painting peeled off. because some water been absorded by the mdf. if you need the kind of mdf that can bear equator weather ,please let me do it for you .

2)package
pvc coated mdf moulding,packaged like the under way picture shows. i can avoid they hurt each other. and then put them into box. this package way usually used for paper coated moulding,because the paper is more week.
