3) Design and manufacture according to customer’s special request
B) Quality Requirements:
1) Density: 700-750kg/m3
2) Glue: E1 grade
3) Primer: Prime after Gesso or with water/oil base primer directly
4) Dimension tolerance: ±0.3mm
5) Finishing: Flat , smooth and clean surface, no color difference.

what i can do
1)make the gesso mdf totally dry from the inner

after we carved the mdf board to mdf mouldings , now we know it is dry, the next we will gseeo or painting them. how to remove the water in the gesso or paintng? commonly we do it like this
is it realy can take away all the water? of cause not. when your moulding pass through the equator you will find the gesso and painting peeled off. because some water been absorded by the mdf. if you need the kind of mdf that can bear equator weather ,please let me do it for you .
this machine can parch all of the water on the surface and that absorbed by the mdf

pvc coated mdf moulding,packaged like the under way picture shows. i can avoid they hurt each other. and then put them into box. this package way usually used for paper coated moulding,because the paper is more week.
