20CrMoTi precision seamless pipe is an ultra-high-strength steel pipe with high strength and toughness, and good hardenability.

Material characteristics:

There is no obvious temper brittleness, small deformation during quenching, high fatigue limit and multiple impact resistance after quenching and tempering treatment, good low-temperature impact toughness, high creep strength and lasting strength at high temperature. The steel usually uses surface quenching after quenching and tempering as the heat treatment plan.

According to the standard GB/T 3077-1999, the chemical composition (mass fraction) of the steel: Ni≤0.030%, P≤0.030%, S≤0.030%.
