PVC anticorrosive lining has the ability to protect metals or other substrates from various media corrosion, and it is resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, inorganic salts and many organic substances. And has good elasticity, abrasion resistance, impact resistance and adhesion properties of metal and other substrates.
The PVC anticorrosive lining in the PVC board has strong corrosion resistance; high tensile strength; reliable electrical insulation performance; fire-resistant and flame-retardant, self-sustaining; easy to process, weld, and shape. Bright color, non-toxic and tasteless, soft texture, tensile and tear resistance, low expansion rate, compression and wear resistance. Excellent flame retardant performance, strong plasticity, reliable welding performance and easy construction. It can replace FRP, rubber, some stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials. Anti-flaming, anti-ultraviolet (aging), anti-static and other advantages
PVC anticorrosive lining is an anticorrosive method that comprehensively utilizes the characteristics of different materials and has a long service life. According to different media conditions and equipment and pipeline requirements, different lining materials can be selected.
PVC anticorrosive lining is divided into hard polyvinyl chloride plastic lining and soft polyvinyl chloride plastic lining. PVC board manufacturers generally introduce three lining construction methods: loose sleeve lining, bolted lining, and pasting lining.
1. Loose sleeve lining is made of steel shell as the main body, with hard polyvinyl chloride sheet lining inside. This kind of structure is often used in equipment with smaller dimensions. The lining and steel shell are not fixed, so the steel shell does not limit the expansion and contraction of hard PVC.
2. When the equipment size is large, in order to prevent the lining layer from falling off the steel shell, bolts can be used to fix the lining.
3. Adhesive (generally called glue) is used to paste the lining to paste hard polyvinyl chloride sheet (2-3mm) on the object in the steel shell. It is applicable except for coatings with fast drying and poor leveling properties. For various coatings. The brushing method can make the paint penetrate the pores of the metal surface and strengthen the adhesion of the coating film to the metal. The disadvantages are high labor intensity, low work efficiency, and poor coating appearance.
