Main production equipment for PVC welding rod
(1) The extruder of PVC board manufacturers generally chooses a small-size single-screw extruder (Φ45mm extruder). For example, when a large-size extruder is selected and a porous die is used to produce multiple welding electrodes at the same time, due to the hard PVC plastic The fluidity is poor, the flow resistance at the machine head is inconsistent, the discharge speed is uneven, and the diameter of the produced electrode is different. The head structure of the extruder is basically similar to that used to produce PVC hard rods, but because the diameter of the electrode is small, the head resistance is relatively large, so the length of the forming part should not be too large to avoid difficulty in discharging. In the die for producing a single electrode, the material flow in the middle and the edge of the adjacent single channel is often inconsistent or abnormal, which affects the quality. If the double electrode is produced and the two channels are connected, there will be no such drawbacks and the die structure will be simplified.
(2) Welding rod cutting machine The welding rod is drawn into the cutting machine after cooling. Since the length of the welding rod is consistent, there should be a cutting machine that strictly controls the cutting length.
