The gas produced by burning fuel (oil or gas) through the burner directly dries the product. The burner is set to automatic control, which can directly control the temperature of the gas produced. Generally speaking, the process of using direct-fired hot air furnace drying, the temperature required should not be too low (generally higher than 11. degrees Celsius).

       If the fuel is coal or other combustible waste, the gas temperature needs to be controlled by controlling the fuel addition speed and the blower.

5 million kcal direct-fired hot blast stove

The gas-fired direct-fired hot blast stove is the most widely used. In general, if the fuel is natural gas with a relatively low sulfur content, a direct-fired hot blast stove can meet the requirements of food processing. If the fuel is other gas, such as LPG, check the cleanliness of the gas source to see if it can meet the needs of food processing. If applied to chemical industry or building materials, gas stoves can generally be used.

Fuel-fired direct-fired hot blast stove (ZRY series)

Oil-fired direct-fired hot blast stoves are generally only used in chemical or construction materials, etc., and do not require a high drying temperature for the product.

Coal-fired direct-fired hot blast stove (JRF series)

Due to the large amount of gas impurities produced, the practical application of coal-fired direct-fired hot blast stoves is relatively small, and it is only used in some processes that do not require color and impurities. If the fuel is coal, but other combustible wastes, special design is needed according to the characteristics of the fuel.
