Operation:

The tool moves forward for skiving, and backward for roller burnishing.

With 2 groups of insert on the top end, it can achieve high sizing precision and good shape control; With 4 groups of guide pad, it can achieve the excellent guidance and balanced skiving, also prevent from scraping on the hole surface; the inserts are retracted by pneumatic control.

Features:

To be used for machining various tubes including cold drawn seamless steel tube, welded cold drawn tube, hot roller steel tube and cast steel tube.

Easily and rapidly adjust the sizes of inserts, guide pads and rollers. At the completion of processing, adjust cartridge by pneumatic control to prevent from damage on the hole surface.

Adopting the design with high efficiency, combining fine skiving and roller burnishing, and achieving one-off machining, it provides the tool with a long life and has a high efficiency of 20 times traditional honing machine and 5-10 times ordinary boring machine.

At the completion of processing, the surface hardness increases about 30%, the precision is up to IT8. Surface finish is up to Ra0.05-0.2um.

To improve compatible precision, increase wear resistance and prolong using life of spare parts. After roller burnishing, oil cylinder becomes anti-corrosive and wear-resistant, and achieving a good surface finish, which prolongs the life of sealing or sealing parts.

Trepanning head is also named as annular dril, it is an economic. productive and high quality deep hole tool, its productivity is more than 10 times the ordinary drill. it is better to use trepanning tool for machining the hole above 50mm in diameter This tool is applicable to the following conditions 
(1)Hole diameter is 50mm above,and with the close tolerance on straightness and position precision. 
(2)The length-to-diammeter ratio of the hole is in the range of 1-75,it is the better choice to use trepanning head than other machining methods 
(3) The job material is very expensive and the core needs measuring and chemical analysis, and the entire core mandrel needs to be reserved. 
(4) The machine power is not enough if drilling the big hole,so the trepanning is the good choice. It is suitable for the diam-eter ranged from 50 to 600mm (the matching tool bar should be also deployed)

 The rolling head is a rigid rolling tool with multi-cylindrical rollers used at room temperature. It can cause plastic deformation of metal surface, modify micro-roughness of workpiece surface, improve surface roughness value, and replace surface heat treatment and finishing process. The cutter can be adjusted slightly and used safely and reliably.
