product manual
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), abbreviated as PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) in English, is a polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer in the initiator of peroxides, azo compounds, etc.; Thing. Vinyl chloride homopolymers and vinyl chloride copolymers are collectively referred to as vinyl chloride resins.
PVC is a white powder with an amorphous structure. The degree of branching is relatively small. The relative density is about 1.4. The glass transition temperature is 77~90°C. It starts to decompose at about 170°C. The stability to light and heat is poor. When exposed to sunlight, it will decompose to produce hydrogen chloride, and further automatically catalyze the decomposition, causing discoloration, and the physical and mechanical properties also rapidly decline. In actual applications, stabilizers must be added to improve the stability to heat and light.
PVC is a kind of resin that is resistant to acid, alkali and salt. Because of its good chemical properties and relatively low price, it is widely used [2] in various industries such as chemical industry, building materials, light industry, machinery and so on. PVC rigid board is a product widely used in industry, especially in chemical anti-corrosion industry.
Color PVC hard board product features:
1. Waterproof, flame retardant, acid and alkali resistant, mothproof, light weight, thermal insulation, sound insulation and shock absorption.
2. The same processing as wood, and the processing performance is far superior to wood.
3. It is an ideal substitute for wood, aluminum and composite plates.
PVC hard board pressing process
PVC rigid board is usually made by superimposing and heating the rolled PVC sheet. The pressing of PVC rigid board is divided into 3 heating stages, 1 adjustment stage and 1 cooling stage.
1. Low temperature heating stage
2. Medium temperature heating stage
3. High temperature heating stage
4. Stop heating adjustment stage
5. Cooling stage
