Supplier: Refers to the enterprise user who signs an agreement with the parties to the "Distribution Platform User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") through the distribution platform supplier's signing portal page, and conducts the establishment, management and operation of product network sales channels through the distribution platform.

 

Distributor: Refers to a seller who signs an agreement with the parties to the "Distribution Platform User Agreement" through the distributor's signing portal page of the distribution platform, and has an online store or e-commerce website, uses the distribution platform to find suppliers and obtains the supply of goods.
