20Cr seamless steel pipe

20Cr seamless steel pipe, 20Cr is pearlite, can be welded, 20Cr steel has better weldability, and generally does not need heat treatment after welding.

Chemical composition of 20Cr seamless steel pipe (%): Silicon: 0.17～0.37

Mechanical properties:

Tensile strength σb (MPa): ≥835 Yield strength σs (MPa): ≥540 Elongation δ5 (%): ≥10 Section shrinkage ψ (%): ≥40, impact absorption work Ak (J) ≥47 hardness : Annealing or high temperature tempering supply state hardness ≤156HB, sample size: sample size 15mm

Heat treatment specification:

The quenching temperature (℃) is 880 for the first time, 780～820 for the second time, coolant water and oil. Tempering temperature (℃) 200, coolant water and air.

Welding performance:

20Cr parts with a thickness greater than 15mm need to be preheated to 100～150℃ before welding. If the requirements are not high, preheating before welding is not required, or tempering heat treatment after welding.
