PE flat pockets are made of polyethylene, which is a thermoplastic resin made by polymerization of ethylene. In industry, it also includes copolymers of ethylene and a small amount of α-olefin; it is a transparent plastic bag. The following editors will introduce the raw materials of PE flat pockets.
PE: The general term for polyethylene (including HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE), which is a polymer formed by polymerizing ethylene monomers. Odorless, non-toxic, feels like wax. It is insoluble in common solvents at room temperature, has low water absorption and excellent electrical insulation.
HDPE: Also called low-pressure polyethylene, it is a non-polar thermoplastic resin with high crystallinity. Compared with LDPE, it has high density, high strength and good hardness. The original appearance is milky white, with a certain degree of translucency in the thin section.
LLDPE: Linear low-density polyethylene is different from general low-density polyethylene in structure, because linear only has branched chains, but there is no long branched chain, and there is no cross-linking. The linearity of LLDPE depends on the different production and processing processes of LLDPE and LDPE.
LDPE: It is also called high-pressure polyethylene. It is odorless, odorless, non-toxic, soft to touch, matte, milky white waxy particles, but the transparency is general. The density is about 0.920g / cm3 and the melting point is 130 ℃ ~ 145 ℃. Insoluble in water, slightly soluble in hydrocarbons, toluene, etc.
