In addition to the requirements for the conventional properties of coil coatings, the finished color coatings must withstand the problems of no paint film from processing to finished products and meet the painting requirements of the fast-running coil coating line, including primer, top coat and back coat. The so-called coil coating is a continuous film coated on the surface of the protected or decorated object and can be firmly attached to the coating. It is usually a viscous liquid made of resin, oil or emulsion, added or not added with pigments, fillers, added auxiliaries, and prepared with organic solvents or water. Coatings generally consist of four basic components: film-forming substances (resins), pigments (including physical pigments), solvents and additives.
