Generally, cotton pulp, wood pulp or straw pulp soaked with alkali or various disinfectants are heated at high temperature and then subjected to various fine processing. The surface of the product is wrinkled, mostly white. Some high-end toilet paper surfaces also need to be embossed. In order to increase the softness, it is often necessary to add some softening agent or chain breaking agent to the pulp, and the product is sold in small rolls, boxes or other forms.
