Glass Syringe The overall disposable medical glass syringe adopts the structure of a disposable medical syringe composed of a three-piece needle tube composed of a jacket, an inner core and a silicone piston. The injection needle is directly glued into the inner hole of the outer cone head, and the needle seat is eliminated.
As long as the traditional syringe is autoclaved and stored in the correct way, it can fully meet the requirements of hygiene and safety. Because the use of traditional syringes takes a lot of manpower and material resources to do sterilization, storage, collection, distribution and other work, it is not as convenient as disposable syringes, so most hospitals have not used such traditional syringes. From the perspective of environmental protection. A glass syringe is better.
Injection dose adjustment of glass syringe:
When the amount of medicine in the medicine tube is not large, you may find that during the process of adjusting the dose, the upper and lower shells suddenly turn immobilized. This is because the medicine in the medicine tube is not enough to meet the dose you intend to inject . At this time, there are two options:
1. Inject according to the existing injection volume, and re-inject the missing amount after replacing the new tube;
2. Unscrew the medicine tube and discard it at the same time with the remaining medicine. After replacing the new medicine tube, fill the medicine with the required amount and inject.
First select the injection site with the conventional subcutaneous injection. Wipe the sterilization with a medical alcohol swab at the selected injection site, and wait for the alcohol to dry before injecting. Use two fingers of one hand to spread the skin on both sides of the selected and sterilized injection site, and the other hand picks up the syringe with the adjusted injection dose, and press the head of the medicine tube on the injection site. Make the syringe vertical to the skin surface, and push the syringe hard so that the head of the tube is tightly connected to the skin. After relaxing the abdominal muscles, press the safety lock with your index finger and press the injection button with your thumb. When hearing the crisp sound, the medicine has been injected into the body.
After the injection, keep the syringe in its original state for at least 3 seconds, and then remove the syringe. In order to protect the glass syringe and harm to human body caused by misoperation, please do not unscrew the medicine tube after the injection. Update the new medicine tube before the next use.
