(2) rotary drill for circulating mud washing. It is composed of tower, hoist, turntable, drilling tool, mud pump, faucet and motor. During operation, the power machine drives the rotary disc through the transmission device, and the drill bit rotates to crush the rock stratum by the active drill pipe. There are positive and negative circulation modes. When the positive circulation drilling rig works, the cuttings at the bottom of the well are taken out of the wellhead through the annular passage outside the drill pipe. After the settling tank is settled, the mud flows back to the mud tank for circulation. When the reverse circulation drilling rig works, mud flows into the bottom of the well by itself from the wellhead after settling in the settling tank. The mud carrying cuttings is sucked upward through the bit nozzle through the drill pipe chamber, and then settled back to the settling tank. The drilling rig has a high upward flow rate in the drill pipe, a strong ability to discharge cuttings and pebbles, and a fast drilling speed. It is suitable for loose formations in which the diameter of soil, sand and pebbles is smaller than the diameter of the drill pipe. Drilling depth is generally less than 150 meters.
(1) Pot cone. The pot cone drilling tool is used to rotate the soil layer. According to the size of the drill tool, they are called big pot cone and small pot cone, which can be driven by manpower or power. The cuttings fall into the pot and are lifted to the ground for discharge. Its structure is simple and its effect is low. It is suitable for general soil or sandy pebble soil. Drilling depth is 80-100 meters for small pot cone and 30-40 meters for large pot cone.
