Hydraulic power head drill. The hydraulic motor is driven by a reducer, and the power head moving up and down along the tower is used instead of the turntable and tap on the rotary drill to drive the drill pipe and bit to rotate and cut rock strata. It can drill large diameter wells.
Downhole vibration rotary drill. Drilling rock strata by means of vibration and rotary motion. The drill tool is composed of a bit, a vibrator, a vibration absorber and a guide barrel. The exciting force produced by the vibrator causes the whole drilling tool to move in a conical pendulum to break the rock stratum. The method of reverse circulation of compressed air is used to wash the well, so that cuttings are discharged out of the well through the inner cavity of the pipe and drill pipe. Drilling depth can reach 150 meters.
A water well drill, such as a pneumatic DTH hammer drill, which combines impact and rotation. DTH hammer drilling tool is composed of cylinder liner and piston. The piston is driven up and down by high pressure air provided by air compressor, and the bit is impacted to enhance the bit's ability to drill into rock strata. At the same time, the drilling tool rotates at a lower speed of 35-60 rpm. The air discharged from the upper and lower cavities of the piston enters the bit and takes the cuttings from the bottom of the hole out of the wellhead. The pneumatic DTH hammer drill can be used for drilling deep wells in hard rock formations with high drilling speed and straight boreholes.
