1. Prepare drilling space. The size of space can be determined according to the type and method of drilling.
2. Lead air-water (when water is needed for dust removal) pipelines and lighting lines to the vicinity of the working point for use.
3. According to the requirement of hole position design, ensure the reliable positioning of drilling rig.
2. Pre-operation inspection:
1. When starting work, we should carefully check whether the air and water pipes are firmly connected, especially the connection between the air pipe joint and the air pipe, in order to prevent people from being detached and injured, and no leakage of air and water should be allowed at all joints.
2. Check whether the oil mist has been filled with organic oil (should not be too full).
3. Check whether all parts of the screw, nut, joint and other places have been tightened, and whether all kinds of positioning is firm and reliable.
4. Procedures for drilling operations and methods for unloading rods:
1. When drilling holes, first drill with small impact power, propulsion force and low speed to facilitate the positioning of the bit, (when dust removal is needed, appropriate amount of water is given to reduce dust). When the bit is drilled about 10 centimeters, then impact with the whole valve, and properly increase the propulsion force to increase the speed. (When dust removal is needed, air-water mixture should be maintained properly.) After drilling a drill pipe, it is necessary to stop the operation of the air motor and the air and water supply to the impactor, insert the fork into the drill pipe groove of the bracket bracket, reverse the air motor, retreat the slide board, disconnect the joint from the drill pipe, and then connect the second drill pipe for drilling, so as to work continuously.
2. Unloading method: The drill pipe unloading is semi-automatic, which is realized by the combination of the unloader, bracket and the reversal of two forks and their wind motors. When unloading the rod, the rotary machine moves backward when the second groove of the drill pipe (the groove in the middle of the drill pipe at the joint end of the drill pipe) is in direct alignment with the square frame of the bracket, the second groove is inserted with a fork, and then the motor is reversed. When the square frame of the unloader is in direct alignment with the first groove of the drill pipe (the groove at the end of the joint of the drill pipe), the second fork is inserted firmly. When the second groove of the second drill pipe is opposite to the front groove of the bracket, the reverse motor takes off the first drill pipe after the screw of the two drill pipes is detached, so that each drill pipe is removed in turn.
Fourth, matters needing attention in operation:
1. Always check the connection of screw, nut and joint of air and water (when using water to remove dust) road and the fastening of rack and main engine.
2. Observe the working condition of the oil mist and check the lubrication of the wind motor and impactor at any time.
3. Clean the impactor, wind motor and observe the damage of motor blades with gasoline or diesel oil regularly.
4. No reversal is allowed during drilling to avoid drill pipe tripping.
5. When the machine stops working in a short time, a small amount of pressure should be given to avoid the sediment immersing into the impactor. If the machine stops working for a long time, it should be lifted to 1-2 meters away from the bottom of the hole and fixed again.
6. Attention should be paid to the sound of the impactor and the operation of the machine. If abnormal phenomena are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
7. When adding new drill pipes, special attention should be paid to the cleaning of the drill pipes so as to avoid sand mixed into the impactor to damage the machine parts or cause shutdown accidents. (Generally, it can be blown and washed several times by air pressure).
8. When there is water accumulation on the working face, the drill bit with large diameter should be used to open the hole, then the casing should be inserted, and the casing should be exposed to the ground 100-200 mm long to prevent the slag mud from entering the hole.
5. Machine maintenance and lubrication:
1. At the end of each shift, the dirt on the surface of the machine must be cleaned up.
2. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble and disassemble on the working surface (except when disassembled components are easy to carry), in order to avoid losing another part and damaging the key parts of another part.
3. Regularly add oil to the mist to ensure good lubrication of control valves, wind motors and impactors.
4. Calcium-based grease and oil are mixed for lubrication of reducer. Lubricant is added regularly. Lubricant accounts for 1/3-2/3 of the empty space of reducer body, so as to ensure the lubrication of reducer.
5. The relative motion of the sliding plate and the sliding frame causes friction between the sliding frame and the pressing plate and the sliding plate in the propulsion joint. The adjusting pad under the pressing plate can be removed when the slight friction loss occurs, and the pressure plate, the sliding plate or the sliding frame can be replaced when the friction loss is serious.
To ensure high drilling accuracy.
Common troubleshooting
1. Drill pipe fracture mostly belongs to friction between drill pipe and hole wall, which makes drill pipe wall thickness thinner and strength weaker, and makes drill pipe fracture.
2. Preventive treatment: pay attention to inspection when adding drill pipe, stop using excessive friction drill pipe.
3. The impactor is silent:
1. There are four common situations: (1) valve fragmentation; (2) the tail of the drill bit is broken and broken into the cylinder block to block the hammer body; (3) the exhaust hole is blocked by rock powder; (4) when drilling downwards, there is more water in the hole and more exhaust resistance, so the impactor is not easy to start.
2. Processing methods: When the impactor is silent, check the impactor according to the above four reasons first. The method of inspection is to raise the impactor for a period of time, reduce exhaust resistance, eject part of water, and then push it slowly to the bottom of the hole. If this method is not effective, it probably belongs to the first three reasons. The impactor needs to be unloaded and cleaned or replaced.
Thirdly, sticking:
1. In addition to the complicate strata which can make the machine stick in the normal drilling, there are still the following reasons: 1. Broken wing of the bit; 2. The diameter of the new bit is larger than that of the original bit; 3. When drilling, the tool deflects in the hole due to the displacement of the drilling tool; 4. When drilling, the hole wall or hole mouth falls stone or meets large fissures or karst caves; 5. When drilling, there is yellow mud.
