1. Construction requirements
① Before construction, the performance index of butyl tape should be carefully read to make it suitable for the ambient temperature and humidity during construction.
②According to different waterproof coiled materials, choose different construction methods, different types and sizes of tape.
③Before the construction, carry out the quality inspection of the previous project, and carry out the waterproof layer construction after passing the qualification.
④According to engineering design requirements, construction of waterproof membrane. The waterproof roll is firmly combined with the flat layer. Empty drums are not allowed. The waterproof layer after construction shall be protected.
⑤ When using butyl tape on the daughter's wall, pay attention to the firmness and smoothness of the bonding part of the brick wall or concrete surface. If the surface quality is poor, cement slurry should be used to repair the surface to make the surface smooth and firm without floating sand.
2. Construction method of butyl tape
①Locate the coil laying position, reserve the lap width of the coil seam and paste. Waterproof rolls are covered. When the overlapping part of the roller is combined with adhesive and tape, the overlapping width of the roller is 80MM-100MM, and the width of the adhesive tape is 15mm-25MM.
②When the polished part of the coil is only bonded with tape, the polished width of the coil is 50MM.
③Waterproof roller is punched, the overlapping part of the roller is bonded with adhesive tape, and the overlapping width of the roller is 60MM.
④For projects with higher waterproof level, 25MM single-sided non-woven tape is used for edge sealing at the interface.
⑤ Double-sided tape is used for the bonding between the coil and the coil, and the coil and the base layer. The single-sided tape is used for the adhesion of the anti-abrasive interface and the sealing of the port part.
