Almost all parts of the world are implementing policies to restrict the use of plastic bags, and express bags are also included. Under a series of policies and publicity, plastic bags seem to be labeled as "environmental killers" in the ideology that people are instilled in. The title, the harm of plastic bags can be described as popular: plastic bags can only be degraded in the natural environment for hundreds of years, the phenomenon of littering affects the beauty of the city, burning and burying pollutes the air and soil, and even blocks the sewers and is eaten by animals. Plastic bags are simply hateful, but people have to continue to use plastic bags, many times it is really not possible if there is no plastic bag.
Under this situation, paper bags and non-woven bags are vigorously promoted as environmentally friendly products. People need to spend dozens of times higher than plastic bags to buy stylish environmentally friendly bags. However, compared with plastic bags, are these environmentally friendly bags really environmentally friendly? Actually not. From a resource perspective, the energy required to make paper bags is 40% more than plastic bags, and the recommended recycling of non-woven bags needs to be reused 171 times to offset the energy and resources it consumes in the manufacturing process. Express bag manufacturers believe that from this perspective, plastic bags are not so bad, at least they are more environmentally friendly than those so-called environmentally friendly bags. However, the production and use of plastic bags is much larger than paper bags and non-woven bags, so the impact is much greater. If the number is the same, plastic bags are definitely the most recommended, but this is obviously not practical.
Generally speaking, plastic bags do have harm, but in comparison, they are not necessarily environmentally friendly, because the use of other environmentally friendly bags will waste more resources. The plastic bag itself is actually not at fault, but people ’s attitude towards it has changed its fate. In fact, as long as the plastic bag is used reasonably, do n’t treat each plastic bag as a disposable, and organize the used plastic bags. This avoids waste of resources and improves the environment.
