Fishing nets are nets for fishing. Ancient people used coarse cloth and hemp as raw materials to make fishing nets by bundling. Although the net is perishable and tough, its fishing efficiency has been greatly improved. With the development of fishery, the object of fishing and hunting is not only fish, but also the tools of fishing keep pace with the times.
Folding mullet net is a relatively primitive fixed purse seine. It consists of watchtower and circle net. The Observatory is built on a reef in the sea by wooden frame, about two feet high, with handrails on all sides to protect safety. The circle net with pile insertion net is circular, with entrance. The entrance edge class is connected with the upper and lower class of the net, and the cable leads to the watchtower.
A man looked at the watchtower and found that after the fish entered the net circle, they pulled the steel cable, closed the door and contracted the upper and lower outlines to make the net spherical closed. Then shake the signal and call others to join the network. This net is mostly used in the autumn flood when mullet comes ashore for bait. Because of the low utilization of the network, it was abandoned in the late 1940s.
