The nylon fishing net is soft without hurting the fish. It can be used to make gill nets and rotary nets. It is light in weight, strong in toughness and has little disturbance to water. Small volume and water absorption, easy drainage, after 10% elongation, the elastic recovery rate can reach 100%. It has good strength, small reduction in wet strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and can last six times longer than cotton fishing nets. Nodules have high strength and impact strength, and can be waterproof and mildew-proof, without drying after use. Due to the transparency of nylon fishing net, it is not easy to be detected by fish, and the catch can be increased by about three times. The nylon fishing line is light and strong, waterproof and non-corrosive, transparent and wear-resistant, and has been widely used for a long time.
According to the structure of fishing net, it can be divided into three categories: monofilament, twist and knitting.
Fishing line monofilament
Single filament is a single filament with a diameter of 0.1-1.5 mm. For example, nylon single filament is mostly suitable for fishing tackle and netting.
(a) Single twist: 1. Fiber; 2. Single yarn; 3. Single yarn
(b) Double twisted yarn: 1. Fiber; 2. Single yarn (Z or S twist); 3. Single twisted yarn (S or Z twist)
(c) 8-strand core knitting (each strand is parallel to each other): 1. core (2 single yarns); 2. strand (3 single yarns)
(d) 8 strands of yarn (threading 1 strand to press 1 strand, XX to form pitch length for 4 knots)
(e) 16 strands of yarn (threading 2 strands and pressing 2 strands, XX being the pitch length formed by 8 knots)
