Extraction type: Mainly used for the production of natural seasonings. It is made from aquatic products or processing by-products of aquatic products as raw materials, and is made by boiling, separating, mixing, and concentrating.
Decomposing type: use protein-rich aquatic animal and plant raw materials, add acid (hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid), alkali (sodium hydroxide, etc.) or protease to decompose to form a seasoning liquid rich in amino acids, peptides, and inorganic salts.
