The direction of planting and maintenance of ash green land is mostly trimmed with geometric patterns. After planting ash, cut off 1/3-1/2 of the height to promote multiple branches and strong branches. This white wax is trimmed at least 3 times a year to keep it neat and beautiful.
When trimming and pruning the ash tree, the ash supplier must take into account both the top surface and the side surface. It is not only necessary to repair the top surface but not the side surface, otherwise it is easy to cause the top branches to grow and the side branches grow obliquely. From the cross-section of the fence, it is better to use a rectangle or a trapezoid with a small upper and a larger bottom to ensure sufficient lighting, normal growth and good ventilation for the branches and leaves below and on the side.
(1) Scaffolding
The scaffold type should be cut near the ground to form several strong main vines, artificially attract the main vines to the scaffold, and make the side vines evenly distributed on the rack. Cut diseased and insect branches, old branches, dead branches and dense branches every few years.
(2) Loggia style
The loggia style is often used for tendrils, winding, and adsorption pewter plants. Lead the main vine to the side and roof of the loggia, and do not let the side empty.
(3) White wax
White wax type is mostly used for tendrils and winding white wax plants. After the lateral vines are lured horizontally, the lateral branches are short-cut every year to form a neat pewter.
(4) Wall type
The wall-attached type is mainly used to adsorb pewter-like plants. As long as the vines are introduced to the wall, they will gradually cover the wall with reliable suction cups or adsorption roots. When pruning, pay attention to covering all the base of the wall. The branches of the vines are evenly distributed on the wall to avoid overlapping and staggering. Pruning requires that the base should not be empty, and comprehensive measures such as light cut, heavy cut, and curved branches are adopted to avoid the base from being empty.
(5) Upright
For some species with strong stems, such as wisteria, they can be cut into upright shrubs. This style is mostly used for pewter on the side of roads or lawns in parks, with remarkable results.
Cultivation is the operation of hoeing or hoeing loose soil during the growth of ash plant. During the growth of ash plant, due to watering, rainfall, pedestrian walking or other reasons, the rhizosphere soil of ash plant often becomes compacted, which affects air permeability and thus affects the growth of ash plant. Cultivation can loosen the topsoil, reduce water evaporation, increase soil temperature, promote air circulation in the soil and the reproduction and activity of beneficial microorganisms in the soil.
