Mud cannons are hard to beat

4) The large pieces of falling off the furnace wall are not completely melted, and piled up in front of the iron hole channel, which increases the mud resistance.
5) Due to the resistance change in the furnace, the hearth works unevenly, and the iron hole that cannot be driven into the mud is not very active, and there is not enough space for the gun mud to enter.
6) The furnace temperature fluctuates greatly. When the molten iron temperature is too high or too low, the slag iron is not easy to expand.

The main reason: on the one hand, the gun mud is not resistant to scouring, and the diameter expansion is too large when tapping iron; on the other hand, because the addition of the gun mud binder is too high, the low temperature sintering performance in the gun mud deteriorates, and the gun should be withdrawn within the specified time. Later, the pressure in the furnace will passively squeeze the gun mud out of the iron hole.
On-site solution: immediately stop the use of this batch of gun mud and mix it with other batches of gun mud in different proportions.
