The purpose of this activity is to improve the driving and operating skills of forklift drivers, and to improve their safe driving awareness and ability to complete various tasks safely, efficiently and with high quality at work. There are four items in the activity: safe driving, driving around piles, cargo transfer, and reversing into storage. Safe driving focuses on vehicle condition inspection and environmental inspection before boarding the vehicle, and the correct use of seat belts, handbrakes, forks, and horns after boarding the vehicle. Require safety items and standard operating procedures, assess the safety operation awareness of forklift drivers; drive around piles to simulate a complex operating environment, and examine the operational stability of forklift drivers in the face of complex operating environments; while cargo transfer requires stability, it also requires cargo placement The forklift truck drivers are stacked neatly in the specified area to test the high-quality operation ability of the forklift driver; while reversing the warehouse requires the vehicle to be stored in the warehouse, check the status of the forklift's control levers and control switches to ensure that people get off the truck and stop the truck.
Through this competition, the forklift drivers understand that while completing the tasks with high quality and efficiency, safe driving and standardized operation are the top priority, build a strong awareness of safe operation, clarify the red line of safe operation, and actively learn the theoretical knowledge of safe operation. Improve safety awareness and create a safety culture.
