Calcium carbide slag→Ball milling→Fly ash→Mixing→Wheel grinding→Hydraulic forming→Static curing→Autoclave→finished product inspection and grading→stacking
Autoclaved fly ash brick formula: (in parts by weight) 50% fly ash, 22% calcium carbide slag, 23% aggregate, 5% desulfurized gypsum.
Operation steps: After grinding, calcium carbide slag is added to a high-speed vertical turbulent mixer and mixed with fly ash, aggregates, and desulfurized gypsum in proportion. After being evenly mixed, it is conveyed to the wheel mill, compacted and exhausted, and conveyed to the hydraulic brick making machine through a belt conveyor to be pressed into shape. The palletizing robot is neatly placed on the steaming trolley. Autoclave for 8 hours under the condition of about 185℃0.85Mpa, take out the autoclave for inspection, and after 28 days of grading and stacking, it will be sold out of the factory.
Tested by the quality supervision agency: the appearance, compressive strength, and flexural strength of the autoclaved fly ash bricks produced meet the relevant index requirements in the JC/T239-2014 "Autoclaved Fly Ash Brick" standard.
