Under the premise that the amount of hydrogarnet is not large, it is beneficial to improve the compactness of autoclaved products, and higher product strength can be obtained. A large number of hydrogarnets are formed. Due to the extremely poor cementing ability of hydrogarnets, the strength of the products decreases. The main hydration products of autoclaved system are CSH(Ⅰ), tobermolite and hydrated garnet.
Under autoclaved conditions, there are more types of hydration products and richer morphologies. Hydration products are easier to develop and grow, and there is the conversion of hydration products. In autoclaved silicate products (CaO-SiO2-H2O system), there are dozens of types of CSH, which are mainly divided into 5 types: compounds that belong to the same structure as wollastonite, tobly mullite family, white calcium zeolite The family and structure belong to the same C-C2S compound, and other hydrated calcium silicate. Autoclaved materials and their production process inevitably exist minerals containing Al, S and alkali metal elements. These substances affect the structure and performance of C-S-H in autoclaved products in different forms.
