The compressive strength of fly ash aerated block can be seen from the test results in Table 1. As the age increases, the compressive strength of concrete increases monotonously, and the compressive strength of concrete is lower in the early stage, 4d and 7d The strength only reaches 58% and 75% of the 28d strength respectively; and the compressive strength of concrete still increases steadily after the 90d age, and the 28d compressive strength is only equivalent to 78.7% of the 180d compressive strength. Therefore, the 28-day-old strength is used in the structural analysis of the fly ash aerated block in the project, which has a larger strength surplus during the structural operation period, which is conservative.
The splitting tensile strength of fly ash aerated blocks can be seen from the test results in Table 1. As the age increases, the splitting tensile strength of concrete increases monotonously. After comparison, it can be seen that the initial splitting tensile strength of aerated fly ash aerated blocks increases faster than the compressive strength, and the splitting tensile strength of concrete at 7d and 14d ages reaches 82.3% and 28d respectively. 94-5% and 28d later, the splitting tensile strength still obtained a large increase, the 28d splitting tensile strength was only 76.73% of 180d, in this sense, the aerated fly ash aerated block reached a stable Splitting tensile strength takes longer than compressive strength, and it is conservative to use 28d splitting tensile strength when analyzing the structure of aerated fly ash aerated block during operation.
