In order to ensure that the seeds produced meet or exceed the national quality standards, the quality of seeds must be strictly controlled during the entire process from production to sales. 1. The quality control of the original seed The quality of the original seed must be grasped from the source, and the original seed used must be bred through the three-bed system (spike-row nursery, plant-row nursery, and original seed nursery). 2 Selection of production base The selection of wheat production base should follow the following principles: ①The land is fertile and convenient for irrigation and drainage.
