For the partition board, the main factors affecting the output of ground cement are the arrangement of the grate seams and the width of the grate seams. Generally speaking, the width of the grate seam of the discharge grate board should be 2mm wider than the upper partition board. The width of the grate seam of a warehouse should not be too wide, and it is more appropriate to control the closed-circuit grinding at 10mm~14mm. The arrangement of grate seams is roughly divided into concentric circles, radial shapes, oblique lines, polygons, and so on. For the grate seams arranged in concentric circles, when the mill is running normally, the material moves in the tangential direction of the concentric circles, and the material speed is relatively fast, and it is not easy to be blocked; for the grate seams arranged in a radial pattern, the material moves vertically and the flow rate is slower. Easy to be blocked.
Therefore, the original two compartment plates of the cement grinding machine were replaced with a double-layer compartment plate with a screening device, and the discharge grate plate was modified accordingly, and the former two cement mill systems used Partition board and discharge grate board.
The through-hole rate of the two cement mill partition plates after the transformation is above 30%, and the grate paste caused by the large moisture in the material and the poor ventilation in the mill are improved. The production quality of cement has also been relatively improved.
