The packaging container should comply with relevant regulations and the lid should be sealed; the food additive liquid sodium hydroxide should be shipped in a special tanker or storage tank and cleaned regularly. It is allowed to use plastic barrels and tank trucks that meet the requirements of food packaging standards to transport food additive flaky sodium hydroxide or liquid sodium hydroxide. The food additive sodium hydroxide shall not be mixed with acids and toxic and hazardous substances during transportation and prevent collisions. The food additive sodium hydroxide should be stored in a cool and dry place to avoid damage, pollution, moisture and contact with acids. The shelf life of the food additive sodium hydroxide is 1 year. It can still be used if it passes the inspection after the expiry date.
