Fabric front and back printing rollers each have the same pattern depth except for the additional depth of 0.08mm corrosion of fabric edge. Generally, the recess depth of front printing roll is 0.13mm; the wax film will extend because the reverse printing roll is pressed first, and the recess depth is controlled at 0.15mm, and the pattern is less than that of front 0.05mm. The wax film printed in this way has a certain thickness, the edge of the cloth is protected, and there will be no dirty edge, bottom penetration and other defects in dyeing process.

1. Selection of raw materials for wax boiling

The softening point, acid value and impurity content of new rosin were determined according to GBT8146 - 1987 "Rosin Test Method". Ten grams of new rosin were crushed and dissolved in 10 mL acetone solution. The degree of crystallization was observed after 15 minutes. Generally, wetland gum rosin produced in Guangxi is selected. The rosin has the advantages of low softening point (75 C), acid value greater than 170 mg KOH/g, less impurities, difficult crystallization, high gum content and light color.

(2) The color separation rosin is brown and yellow with softening point of 82 C and acid value of 150 mg KOH/g.

(3) The rosin recovered by rope washing from the rope washing process contains many impurities and pigments. The softening point is 90 C and the acid value is 145 mg KOH/g, which is to be used after drying.
