(1) Raise the wax softening point, make wax film with wax cloth pass through the bandage rack to produce cracks, and then dye, and form Indian blue hair wax products.
(2) Use soft rolls to soak and roll liquid wax cloth in order to prevent wax film from breaking, bottom penetration and dirty edge defects.
(3) Cloth box storage should not exceed 800m in order to prevent die indentation defects.
Wet drop cloth can be used to process single wax pattern, double wax pattern, multi-color wax pattern, wax printing or various combination products. Following is an example of multi-color wax pattern and wax printing to introduce the production process.
The main pattern can be dyed with dark shades such as sauce red, brown ground, coffee and indigo.
(4) Washing pattern, pressing wax, stretching, splicing and winding will lead the dyed wax cloth rope into the inclined grid large iron tank. According to the design intention and customer sample requirements, heavy, medium and light pattern can be achieved by controlling the amount of fabric input. The large pot rotates from left to right, the cloth and water turn inside, knead and smash, and the wax film breaks, resulting in cracks, forming irregular network, branch-like, uniformly distributed natural creases. Gradually derive the fabric, open it, press the wax film on both sides with steel mesh roller, wash it with 30 g/L alkali, saponify the wax powder at creases and indentations, wash it again, patch it back after dropping, dry it by drawing, cool and roll it, control weft inclination, and the wax roll should be slightly moist to avoid staggering and sticky wax.
