Comparing the development of demulsifiers at home and abroad: ① In terms of research on demulsifiers with new chemical structures, there are relatively few domestic studies. Non-polyether polymer demulsifiers are expected to gradually replace polyether demulsifiers. ②Although we have realized the shortcomings of polyether demulsifiers in the production and application, it is difficult to develop new types of demulsifiers due to the small number of single agents; and the compound demulsifiers can demulsify at low temperature, use less, and save heat. Rapid demulsification, improvement of equipment processing efficiency, expansion of the scope of application of demulsifiers to crude oil, and overcoming the weakness of excessive professional demulsifiers are gaining more and more attention; therefore, scientific research units will continue to focus on compound demulsifier research, and . Under the current situation, compounding is also one of the most effective ways to solve the specificity of demulsifiers. ③The demulsification treatment of sewage (o/w type emulsion) has not attracted enough attention. In this field, domestic efforts should be put into research.
