The audit work was successfully completed, and King Kong's testing center successfully passed the CNAS on-site accreditation.
During the review process, the auditors worked rigorously and carefully, and strictly reviewed the fracturing proppant products of King Kong Testing Center from equipment and reagent vessel procurement, equipment calibration, record filling of all project testing processes, equipment operation, sample disposal to contract review , Personnel training, personnel files, quality control and uncertainty evaluation and other processes, all personnel in the testing center carefully prepared and actively cooperated to achieve the expected goals.
After review, the testing center's various work processes basically meet the requirements of CNAS documents, and have a relatively complete quality management system accredited by CNAS. The audit teacher recognized the CNAS quality management system of the testing center and believed that the work basically meets the requirements of the CNAS standard system, but there are still many problems in many aspects. The audit teacher put forward many questions and suggestions to us. In the next work, the company will set up a rectification team, starting from the perspective of improving the company’s management level, immediately rectify the problems found by the audit team, and draw inferences from one another, thoroughly investigate whether there are similar problems, and continuously improve the operation level of the quality management system of the testing center , To provide more effective support for the development of the testing center.
