1. The timely removal of the formwork will facilitate the turnover of the formwork and speed up the progress of the project. The timing of the removal of the formwork should be grasped and the concrete should reach the necessary strength. The following requirements should be paid attention to when removing the template:
1) Do not use too much force or haste when disassembling the mold, and the dismantled materials should be transported and sorted out in time.
2) The order of demoulding should generally be that the latter is supported first, the first is removed, the non-load-bearing part is removed first, and the load-bearing part is removed later.
3) When dismantling the lower struts of the beam with a larger span, start from the middle of the span and dismantle to both ends respectively.
4) The demolition of the formwork pillars of the multi-storey building shall be carried out in accordance with the following requirements. While the upper floor is pouring concrete, the formwork pillars of the next floor shall not be removed, and only part of the pillars of the next floor may be removed. Pillars shall be kept under beams with a span of more than 4m, and the spacing shall not be greater than 3m.
2. Requirements for template removal.
1) The concrete strength of the cast-in-place structure's formwork and its support shall meet the following requirements: a. The side formwork can be removed only when the concrete strength can ensure that its surface and corners are not damaged due to the removal of the formwork.
2) The concrete strength when the prefabricated component formwork is removed should meet the design requirements. When there are no specific requirements in the design, the following requirements should be met: a. Side formwork can only be removed when the concrete strength can ensure that the component is not bent and the edges and corners are complete. b. The core mold or the inner mold with reserved holes can be removed after the concrete strength can ensure that the surface of the components and holes does not collapse and cracks.
