1. Seedling site selection
The seedling raising site shall be located in a place with convenient transportation, flat, open land, no ponding and water source and power supply. The environmental conditions of the seedling raising site must meet the requirements of pollution-free production. At the same time, it meets the needs of building seedling shed and other facilities according to the seedling scale.
2. Infrastructure
The seedling raising shed adopts standard steel frame shed, which is generally 6m wide, 1.8m high and 20m long. If economic conditions do not allow, bamboo frame shed can also be used. The size of seedling shed can be adjusted according to the seedling scale. Plastic film and shading net covering seedling shed shall be selected according to weather conditions and seedling raising process. The covering materials of greenhouse mainly include film, shading net, insect proof net, etc.
3. Selection of hole tray for seedling raising
Pepper, tomato, eggplant 72 holes, 54 × 28cm floppy disk, the upper diameter of each hole is 3.8cm, the lower bottom is 2.0cm, and the hole depth is 4.6cm.
Balsam pear, pumpkin, green (yellow) melon, melon and winter melon: select 50 holes, 54 × 28cm floppy disk, the upper diameter of each hole is 5cm, the bottom diameter is 2.2cm, and the hole depth is 5cm.
In addition, the used acupoint disc may be infected with residual pathogens and insect eggs, so it must be cleaned and disinfected. The method is to remove the residual matrix in the seedling tray, wash it with clean water, dry it, soak it in carbendazim 500 times solution for 12 hours or potassium permanganate 1000 times solution for 30 minutes, and disinfect it with formaldehyde solution and bleaching powder solution. Sterilized acupoint plates must be thoroughly washed with clean water and dried before use.
4. Seedling substrate preparation
Coconut bran after high-temperature heap retting is used as the seedling substrate: topsoil after disinfection treatment (fields without melons and vegetables for 2-3 years): organic fertilizer (organic fertilizer must adopt products that meet the indicators specified in the industrial standard ny525, and the organic matter content shall not be less than 30% or chicken manure, cow manure and pig manure after high-temperature heap retting) shall be fully stirred evenly in the volume ratio of 70:27:3. Put the substrate into the rootstock seedling tray, spray the tray with julixing activated rooting dispersant or spray the seedling tray with carbendazim 600 ~ 800 times of 50%, and it is required to pour through the seedling substrate. You can also choose to buy special substrate for seedling raising. The price of seedling substrate is about 1 yuan / plant for melons, 0.7 yuan / plant for pepper, small tomato and eggplant.
5. Seedbed setting
In the standard steel frame shed, two seedbeds can be set up on the left and right, with an operation track left in the middle. The specification of the seedling bed is: the seedling bed is 2m wide, each bed is longitudinally arranged with 6 rows of seedling trays, the operation channel between the two beds is 0.6m wide, and the distance between the bed and the edges on both sides of the greenhouse is 0.7m. The length of the seedbed can be determined according to the specific conditions of the greenhouse. The seedling tray can be arranged in the multi span greenhouse according to the above method. During seedling raising, a layer of undamaged film shall be laid on the surface of the seedbed to moisturize and prevent the seedlings from rooting and excess water and nutrient solution from penetrating into the ground.
According to the above seedbed setting, about 2600 floppy disks can be placed in the seedling shed per mu (667m2). The seedling raising time is about one month. The seedling raising land can provide 50 ~ 80 mu of pepper, about 100 mu of small tomatoes and 80 ~ 100 mu of Eggplant in the field; Melon 80 ~ 100 mu, cucumber 40 ~ 50 mu, winter melon 200 mu, pumpkin and balsam pear 220 ~ 250 mu.
6. Nutrient solution pool setting
Fertilization is in the form of spraying. The construction of nutrient solution pool can be adjusted to local conditions and built according to specific conditions. The volume is configured according to the standard of spraying 1-1.5kg/m2 of seedbed area.
