1. 2. Sufficient dosage of disinfectants: disinfectants need to be prepared, so farmers must prepare disinfectants in accordance with the prescribed concentration, not arbitrarily increased or reduced, to avoid the inadequate effect of disinfectants. In addition, farmers should pay attention to the chicken house and cage equipment to be fully dry before disinfection, if not thoroughly dried or washed immediately sprayed, residual. 3. Appropriate time: disinfectants can not be immediately effective, so farmers must leave enough time for disinfection, and different disinfectants have different characteristics, so the disinfection effect and time requirements are not the same. If farmers are fumigating and disinfecting, it is suggested that farmers should fumigate chicken houses for 8-10 hours, after fumigation and disinfection, At least 1 weeks of vacancy should be set aside; if farmers choose to use bleaching powder to disinfect drinking water, it will take only 30 minutes; if farmers choose to use peroxide acetic acid spray disinfection, it usually takes 10-20 minutes; when using lime milk to dispose of feces, the time of contact between lime milk and feces is at least 2 hours.

4. Chicken house temperature and humidity should be appropriate: temperature and humidity will directly affect the disinfection effect, especially on fumigation and disinfection. Excessive or low humidity will affect the disinfection effect, and even lead to disinfection failure. If farmers use formaldehyde and peracetic acid for fumigation and disinfection, humidity should be between 60% and 80%. In addition, most disinfectants lose their disinfection effect after drying. Solution-type disinfectants can only play an effective role in the solution state. So when the relative humidity of chicken house is below 60%, the germicidal efficacy of disinfectant is relatively strong. Naturally, when the humidity of chicken house reaches 80%-90%, the germicidal efficacy of disinfectant will decrease by 30%-40%.
