1. Check the tool tightening. Check whether the electricity, gas, processing area, etc. are normal, and whether the workpiece is clamped.
2. Make sure that the program input is correct, the tool setting is correct, and whether the system parameters are reasonable before processing.
3. Turn the knob to 〖Auto〗, then select the scheme to be processed, and press the key of cyclic processing
4. The equipment starts to return to the mechanical zero point and makes preparations before processing.
5. Press [Cycle Processing], the device starts to run, and the spindle rotates (if the tool table has begun to feed and the spindle is not rotated, click the [Start] key) to adjust the speed: the speed can be adjusted according to the material and processing shape of the workpiece Depending on the tool, hard rotation speeds are generally higher. Soft normal speed is sufficient. During the processing of the workpiece, a chattering phenomenon occurs. It is necessary to appropriately adjust the rotation speed to eliminate the chattering.
6. The system will return to its original position automatically after processing.
7. When you continue to process the blank, you can press the [Circular Processing] key. When you need to change the plan, repeat the above action.
8. If you exit the processing program, directly press the [Exit] key, or turn the knob to [Settings], and you will return to the initial interface.
9. If an error is found during processing, you can press [Emergency Stop], and the program will stop all operations. If you just stop viewing, press the pause button to stop, and then press the pause button again to continue processing.
Please note that it is best to use a low speed for the feed during machining. Use the "idling" speed when retracting or not machining, use the fast-travel for smooth sections, and use small speed for sections with large diameter changes. Sudden changes or large changes are best processed from small diameter to small diameter.
