1. Crushing stage: The bulk material is crushed by the crusher to the feed fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the mill.
2. Grinding stage: The small pieces of material that meet the grinding conditions enter the grinding chamber of the mill uniformly and quantitatively through the feeding system, and are ground into powder in the grinding chamber.
3. Classification stage: The powdered material is classified by the powder separator with the airflow of the system. Unqualified powder is classified by the powder separator and returned to the grinding chamber of the host machine for re-milling.
4. Powder collecting stage: The powder that meets the fineness will enter the powder collecting system through the pipeline with the airflow, and the air powder is separated. The finished powder is sent to the finished product bin by the conveying device, and then packed by powder tanker or automatic baler.
