1. Quality control of raw materials
When using high-quality aluminum foil scraps as raw materials, you must first select the foil, pick out the oxide foil, and separate aluminum foils of different thicknesses to ensure uniform thickness of the raw materials. When using aluminum ingots, it is necessary to ensure no oxide and uniform particle size.

Ball milling
The screened aluminum foil or aluminum particles and the aqueous solution of various additives are put into a ball mill for grinding. During the grinding process, the temperature inside the machine should be strictly controlled. If the temperature is too high, it can be adjusted by water cooling. Stop after the material fineness reaches the requirement. The grinding assisting machine used can prevent the ball from grinding, and the powder and the powder do not stick, so that the ball milling can be performed smoothly. The water dispersant can evenly disperse the aluminum powder in the aqueous solution, which is convenient for grinding. Inhibitors can prevent aluminum powder from chemically reacting with water. The coating agent can prevent the aluminum powder from contacting with the air and oxidizing with water in the ball mill, that is, the aluminum powder is wrapped. 3.Discharge
Immediately after the ball mill is stopped, the pre-prepared discharge solution is added to the machine, and it is started for 3 to 5 minutes. After the material in the machine is diluted, the material is sucked into the temporary storage tank by vacuum. Then use 30 ~ 50kg of clean water to rinse the remaining materials in the machine, and then vacuum the water into the temporary storage tank.
4. Dehydration
Put the suction filter into the suction filter tank, then open the discharge valve of the temporary storage tank, and put the liquid in the tank into the suction filter tank. After the tank is full, close the valve, pneumatic vacuum pump, open the dehydration valve and the water storage tank valve, and suck the water into the water storage tank for recycling. The slurry on the suction filter is discharged after being tested for solids, and then filled into buckets.
