1. The hoist of a mast crane should meet the following requirements:
2. The installation and dismantling of the crane shall be demarcated from a warning area, clearing the surrounding obstacles, and under the unified command of a special person, according to the factory instructions or the disassembly technology plan formulated;
3. The foundation on which the crane is installed should be flat and compacted. Two layers of sleepers should be placed between the base and the ground, and wedges should be used to tighten the gap, so that all the forces the crane can bear can be evenly transmitted to the ground to prevent subsidence and Skew
4. The specifications and quantity of the cable wind rope, the pulling force of the ground anchor, and the buried depth are determined by calculation according to the performance of the crane. The angle between the mast crane cable wind rope and the ground is related to the stability of the crane. The included angle is small, the cable wind rope is stressed, and the crane has good stability. However, the length and floor space of the cable rope must be increased. Therefore, the included angle between the cable wind rope and the ground should be between 30 ° and 45 °, and the connection between the cable rope and the mast and the ground anchor should be firm;
5. The installation of wind ropes should avoid overhead wires. Near the electric wire, a wire protection frame made of insulating material should be installed;
6. When lifting heavy objects, the hook wire rope should be vertical and the operation should be stable. When the heavy objects are lifted and left the support surface, check and confirm that there is no abnormality in each part before continuing to lift;
7. The mast crane has a simple structure and a large lifting capacity. It relies on each cable wind rope to uniformly pull the main pole to keep it vertical. As long as one ground anchor is slightly loose, it can cause the main pole to tilt and cause a major accident. Therefore, before lifting a full load, someone should check the firmness of anchors in each place. Each cable wind rope should be uniformly stressed, and the main pole should be kept upright;
8. The crane's turning wire rope should be under tension during operation. The turning device should have a safety brake controller;
9. When the lifting operation moves in a small area, the method of adjusting the cable length can be used to make the main pole stably move in an upright condition. When the crane is moving, its base should be cushioned with sleepers and rollers of sufficient load, and the boom should be tightened forward in the direction of movement. When moving, the main pole must not be tilted, and the tightness of the cable rope should be consistent. If the distance is long, due to the limitation of the cable rope, it can only be reinstalled after disassembly and transfer.
