Phenomenon 4: Spray split
Reasons: 1. The paint viscosity is too low; 2. The spray pressure is too high; 3. The inner diameter of the fan control hole is too large 4. The paint is not enough; 5. The atomizing air passage is blocked
Countermeasures: 1. Increase paint viscosity; 2. Reduce spray pressure; 3. Replace nozzle set; 4. Add enough paint; 5. Clean air channel of spray gun
Phenomenon 5: Jump Shot
Reasons: 1. The nozzle is not tightened or installed properly; 2. The needle seal kit is loose; 3. The connection nut of the spray gun is loose (lower pot spray gun); 4. The paint in the pot is insufficient; 5. The nozzle set is damaged
Countermeasures: 1. Tighten the nozzle or clean and install the nozzle set; 2. Tighten the thimble seal kit; 3. Tighten the connection nut 4. Replenish the coating; 5. Replace the nozzle set
Phenomenon 6: Spray frame is up or down
Reasons: 1. The air outlet of the nozzle, ejector pin or air cap is blocked by debris; 2. The air cap or nozzle is damaged
Countermeasures: 1. Clean the nozzle set; 2. Replace the nozzle set
Phenomenon 7: No paint spray or a small amount of paint
Reasons: 1. The air replenishment hole of the spray gun gun cover is blocked or the air cap and the suction tube are seriously blocked; 2. there is no paint in the pot; 3. the ejector stroke is too small
Countermeasures: 1. Clean the air replenishment hole, air cap and suction tube on the lid of the pot; 2. Refill the paint; 3. Turn the paint flow adjustment knob to increase the stroke of the needle valve.
Phenomenon eight: paint leaks at the nozzle of the spray gun
Reasons: 1. The thimble sealing nut is too tight; 2. There is a foreign object inside the nozzle port; 3. The nozzle and the thimble are not matched or damaged; 4. The thimble return spring is broken or not installed
Countermeasures: 1. Loosen the thimble sealing nut; 2. Clean the nozzle; 3. Replace the nozzle set
