(1) Strict quality control and management of coating slurry Regularly monitor the gelation time of the binder extract in the coating slurry, and resolutely discard the coating that has deteriorated, especially the surface coating.
(2) Ensure good thermal conductivity and air permeability of the shell, ensure good thermal conductivity of the shell, ensure that the surface layer of the wax mold is melted before the overall expansion of the wax mold, and ensure that the surface layer of the shell is good in air permeability, and reduce the overall thermal expansion of the mold The resulting tension prevents the shell from cracking.
(3) Improve the drying rate of the shell. The drier the shell, the higher the strength of the shell, the stronger the ability of the wax mold to withstand the dewaxing, and the less likely the shell will crack. At the same time, the appropriate shell drying rate also ensures that there is less residual moisture in the shell, and it will not be subject to abnormal boiling due to the high temperature of steam during dewaxing, thereby avoiding local damage and cracking of the shell.
